Daniel Yockey moved to California from Wisconsin in 2001. Upon arriving in California he began playing music professionally with many successful local bands. After a few years of playing and experiencing the difficulties many musicians face in the music business world, Daniel began managing local groups and assisting them with many of the “behind the scenes” aspects of the music business such as booking, negotiating contracts, and recording. His experience in this part of the music business inspired him to go further and in 2010 Daniel enrolled at the John F. Kennedy School of Law. While at JFK Daniel was the founder and president of the Entertainment Law Society and continued to play music full time.
Daniel Yockey is a member of the State Bar Association of California and received his doctorate of jurisprudence from John F. Kennedy University in May of 2014.
Since beginning his practice Dan has worked in housing, assisting tenants in matters such as eviction and harassment. Also, he is versatile in contract law, business formations.
Attorney Daniel Yockey works to create a close relationship with his clients, providing them with support during what can be a difficult and challenging time by vigorously representing their interests and seeking justice for them in the courts. He strives to ensure that his clients receive honest and vigorous representation.
